Dear Family and Friends,

Sara has been making final preparations for a stay in the US (5/14-12/1). She will stay with her Miller grandparents in Easton, PA, and try to be a support to them, get work experience at a local nursing home, take CLEP (credit by testing) exams for college and attend Excel, an eight week discipleship program for young women in Dallas. What a blessing it is to see her spending time in prayer and receiving pivotal personal words from the Lord, a goal that we have for all of our children and our Yao friends as well. Please pray that Sara will adjust well, for provision of employment and for the Lord to continue to direct her steps.

Praise God with us for…

  1. Providing used parts through generous friends to replace a faulty turbo on our vehicle.
  2. Good relating because of bicycle travel.
  3. Rich studies on Passover, Nicodemus and the Resurection and good reviews.
  4. An abundance of financial and prayer support for Susanna's London trip.

Pray with us for…

  1. Strength, health and peace for the Lloyds as they near their baby's due date (5/5).
  2. Replacement car parts to work so that we can visit remote villages again soon.
  3. Wisdom in assessing possible work in a new remote area when we visit on Mon. (5/5).
  4. A way for M to continue studying; her uncle has discouraged her attendance.
  5. Visa approvals for three BICC church leaders to attend the June London training.
